Inspired by tabletop role-playing games, our team experiences are professionally-led and deeply immersive game sessions customized for each client.
Our hour-long game sessions require no experience or materials and are led by professional TourGuides to guide your team through whichever game scenario you choose.
We’ll tailor your experience to your team and your preferences. Choose your priorities, share some information about your team with us, and we’ll cater the experience uniquely to your needs.

Starting Your Team Game Experience
With expert facilitation from our professional TourGuides, your team will start their game within 15 minutes.
We’ll open your session with your entire team so you can meet your TourGuides, hear a summary of your game mechanics, and learn how to make the most of your session. We’ll also review our gameplay guardrails to ensure your game is a safe, inclusive space for every member of your team. Learn more about safe gameplay here.
Once we’ve run through logistics, it’s time to play your game!
Playing the Game
Your TourGuide will set the scene and prompt first action from the players. Depending on the experience you choose, this could be quick character creation or questions to jumpstart the world your team will create.
From there, the TourGuides will navigate your team through the full game scenario. TourGuides adapt the gameplay based on the imaginative ideas of your team. Throughout the session, they may present obstacles, ask guiding questions, or narrate the outcomes of your team’s individual and collective decisions.
Each Team Game Experience typically runs between one and two hours. Our experiences have been play tested to accommodate variable session lengths, and our TourGuides will facilitate the session to maximize your time with us.
Post Game Debrief
Before you go, we’ll discuss together the adventure you shared and what you learned.
Exclusively for our TourGuide Games for Teams clients, we offer an optional 30-minute post-game workshop. Immediately following your Team Game Experience, this workshop serves to assess your team’s gameplay, process the experience, and inform the future of their work.
The insights from this workshop not only help you learn more about your team, they help us build future game experiences for your team.
